“CAN YOU STAND THE TRUTH? THE CHRONICLE OF MAN’S IMPRISONMENT”
QUESTION: How do you comment on the following passage from Paul’s Letter to the Hebrews (9:27) “Just as it is appointed that human beings die once, and after this, the judgment”.
ANSWER: It would be good for anyone to be able to separate religion from Christ. There are several theologians (not priests) who find that our religion is full of contradictions. This is “natural” because Christ taught different things, from what Paul taught [Pharisee and the first and foremost persecutor of early Christians, who pioneered the stoning of Stephen].
In essence, our religion is a mix of two opposing religions: Judaism (taught by Paul) and Christianity (taught by Christ).
In my opinion, Paul was the greatest destroyer of the Teachings of Christ! He never heard the teachings of Christ himself –since he never was His student– but interpreted them according to his own judgment and his own faith.
Let’s look at the ‘event’ which Paul claims that happened in the desert. It was while he was heading to Damascus intending to suppress the spread of Christianity there, when Christ supposedly presented Himself in a vision and told him the infamous: “Saul, Saul, why are you chasing Me?”. Since then Paul repented and embraced Christianity!
THE ACTS OF THE APOSTLES 9:3-18
3 On his journey, as he was nearing Damascus, a light from the sky suddenly flashed around him.
4 He fell to the ground and heard a voice saying to him, “Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting me?”
5 He said, “Who are you, sir?” The reply came, “I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting.
6 Now get up and go into the city and you will be told what you must do.”
This incident could be interpreted differently!
While Paul was traveling to Damascus having in mind his primary mission, namely how to repress Christians, and was twisting his mind to find new, more efficient ways of dismantling the Christian Idea, he came up with his most genius plan: to penetrate the Christian community from within, and corrupt the whole Idea.
And so he did. That’s why I think that he made up the entire incident, as there are no witnesses to confirm it.
Thus, he intruded the “heart” of the Christian Idea, and like a worm inside the apple, he twisted it from within, installing Yahweh –the bloodthirsty god of the Old Testament– as the father of Christ distorting the entire religion.
Could it be that Christ was “wrong” with the selection of His 12 disciples to spread the Gospel, so that He would suddenly “decide” (without letting anyone else know…) that His persecutor Paul, would be best suited for this job?
This particular verse then:
“Just as it is appointed that human beings die once, and after this the judgment [Hebrews 9:27]” does not include the Words of Jesus, but the words of Paul … It also contains another COUNTERFEIT piece: the idea of JUDGEMENT, which Christ rejects and preaches:
[John 8:15] “You judge by appearances, [according to the flesh] but I do not judge anyone”
[John 12:47] “And if anyone hears my words and does not observe them, I do not condemn him, for I did not come to condemn the world but to save the world.”
But Paul supported by his god/adjudicator/Yahweh, the god who established the “eye for an eye”, teaches once more about “the Judgement”.
But Jesus makes it clear:
[John 16:11] “Concerning judgment, because the archon of this world is judged”
BECAUSE ONLY HE –THE LORD OF THIS WORLD– HAS BEEN JUDGED
But all these have been foretold by Christ Himself in the Gospel of Judas (a Gospel utterly GENUINE):
“Because to the human generations it has been said: Look, God will accept your sacrifice from the hands of a priest –who is a servant of deceit…”
